30-day return window
You can return any standard unit within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. The unit must be complete, in its original packaging and free of damage beyond normal handling.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the unit arriving back at our warehouse.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping is at your cost unless the unit is faulty or not as described.
What can't be returned
- Custom hologram content and conversions, once the file has been delivered.
- Units cut, drilled or modified for an installation.
- Enclosures and cabinets made to order.
How to start a return
Email hello@nexholo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with a return authorisation number and the warehouse address. Please write the authorisation number on the outside of the box.
Two-year warranty
Every hologram fan, holo box and LED film panel is covered for two years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers the motor, LED blades, control board and power supply, and includes parts and labour.
- Not covered: physical damage, water ingress, use outside the rated voltage, or damage from unapproved mounts.
- During the first 90 days we ship a replacement unit before you return the faulty one.
- After 90 days we repair or replace the unit within 10 business days of receiving it.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge until the order is marked as shipped. Once it has shipped, refuse the delivery or follow the return steps above.
